A speculative application is welcome if you fit what we do: embedded development close to the hardware, from system architecture through to series production. We will get back to you – even if the timing does not work out.

What interests us:

• Firmware and low-level software – C/C++, ARM, RTOS, debugging on real hardware
• Electronics design – circuit design, layout, measurement, commissioning
• System architecture and MBSE – SysML, requirements analysis, clean interfaces
• Test and production readiness – test concepts, end-of-line testing, automation

What we are not looking for: recruitment agencies, staffing providers, or generic applications sent to every company in the region.

How we work

We are a small team in Bruchsal with our own lab in the local technology park. Projects run for years with the same clients, often remotely, often with a direct line to the head of development on the other side. If you work here, you will later see your results in a product – not in a slide deck.
